Bulk T-Shirt Printing at A1A Print Shop in Fort Pierce, Florida

Why bulk changes the math

Screen printing has a fixed cost — burning screens, mixing ink, registering the press — and a genuinely small variable cost per shirt. At 15 pieces you are mostly paying for setup. At 500 the setup has vanished into the noise and you are paying for shirts and ink.

That is why a 100-piece order lands under $6 a shirt while a 20-piece order of the same design cannot. Rather than take our word for it, put both quantities into the editor and watch what happens.

Design it, see it, order it

Most print shops ask you to email artwork and describe what you want. Then you wait, and hope the thing that shows up matches the thing in your head. We built the editor to delete that entire gap.

  1. Design itOpen the editor, pick your garment, and drop your artwork onto it. Move it, scale it, set your print size and placement. You are not describing what you want to somebody over the phone — you are building it.
  2. See itThe shirt on screen is the shirt you get. Real garment, real color, real print size and position, with your quantities broken out by size and color. What you see is what you get, before you spend anything.
  3. Order itThe price updates live as you change quantity, colors, garment, and locations. When it looks right, check out. No quote request, no waiting two days for an email, no phone call unless you want one.
  4. Approve itYou already approved it — you built it. We confirm the file and flag anything that will not print well before it goes on press, so nobody ever says "wait, that is not what I meant."
  5. We produce itYour order generates the production paperwork directly: separations, ink colors, placement, size breakdown, per location. Nothing gets retyped, so nothing gets mistyped.

No phone calls. No paper forms. No guessing. Start your order and you will have a real price in about two minutes.

What we do differently on large runs

  • You enter the size breakdown yourself. A grid of sizes by garment color, in the editor. No emailing a spreadsheet and hoping it got read correctly.
  • Sorted and boxed by size. Labeled boxes, not a pile. If you have ever handed out 400 shirts at a race you know why this matters.
  • Screens kept on file. Reorder the same design later and setup is free.
  • Scheduled production. Put your date in the job notes and we book press time against it rather than hoping.

Frequently asked questions

What is the largest order you can handle?

Runs in the thousands are routine. Over about 2,000 pieces, call (772) 460-6677 first so we can check blank availability with the mill and reserve press time. Five minutes on the phone prevents the only real delay on big jobs.

Do I get a better price if I order all one size?

No, and you should not do that. Mixed sizes cost the same — order the breakdown you actually need. The only difference is the standard mill upcharge on 2XL and larger, which the editor applies automatically.

How do I get a price?

Build the job in the online editor and the price appears as you go. Change the quantity, ink colors, garment, or print locations and the number updates immediately.

There is no quote form and nothing to wait for. Most people have a real number inside two minutes.

What is the minimum order for screen printing?

15 pieces per design. Screen printing has fixed setup work — burning screens and registering the press — that happens whether you order 15 shirts or 500.

Need fewer? Switch the method to DTF in the editor. No minimum, full color, and a single shirt is a normal order.

What does it cost?

Three things move the price: quantity, ink colors, and which blank you pick. More pieces and fewer colors means less per shirt. Screens are a one-time $30 per color, and we keep them on file so reorders skip that charge.

Rather than quote ranges at you, the editor prices your exact job live.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days. Rush runs 24–72 hours depending on the size of the run and what is on the press schedule.

Hard deadline — a game, an opening, a shift change? Put it in the job notes when you order and we will confirm in writing before we produce.

Can you match my exact brand colors?

Yes. We mix plastisol to Pantone (PMS) numbers. Set your ink colors in the editor, and if you have official PMS codes put them in the job notes so we match to those rather than to our best guess.

What file formats do you accept?

Screen printing: PNG only. DTF, embroidery, and sublimation: PNG or JPG.

You upload the file directly in the editor and see it land on the garment immediately, so you know it worked before you order.

Why does screen printing only take PNG?

Because a JPG cannot store a transparent background. It fills transparency with white, and on press that white becomes a printed white box around your design. PNG keeps the background genuinely empty and holds the hard edges each screen needs.

If all you have is a JPG for a screen print job, send it to sales@a1aprintshop.com and our art department will convert it properly.

My artwork is a PDF / AI / EPS / a sketch. Now what?

That is what sales@a1aprintshop.com is for. Send whatever you have — vector files, a PDF, a photo of something drawn on paper — and our art department turns it into a print-ready file.

Once it is ready you will have a PNG you can drop straight into the editor and order like anything else. The email route is for artwork only; ordering still happens in the editor.

Can I order different sizes in the same run?

Yes, at no extra charge, and you enter the breakdown yourself in the editor — a grid of sizes by garment color, so you can see exactly what you are ordering.

2XL and up carry a small blank upcharge from the mill, which the editor applies automatically. We box everything sorted by size.

Do you ship, or do I have to pick up?

Both. Free local pickup at the Fort Pierce shop. We ship nationwide, and shipping is calculated from your ZIP at checkout so nothing gets added afterward.
