Plastisol ink is pushed through the screen into the weave of the shirt, then cured at roughly 320°F so it bonds permanently. No adhesive layer, no film sitting on the surface — which is exactly why screen prints do not peel at the edges or crack across a fold the way cheap transfers do.
Hand it to a landscaping crew, a kitchen, or a hundred teenagers, and it comes back looking like a shirt rather than a warning.
Specialty inks are not selectable in the editor. Build the job normally, then note the ink you want in the job notes and we will confirm the adjustment before producing.
Most print shops ask you to email artwork and describe what you want. Then you wait, and hope the thing that shows up matches the thing in your head. We built the editor to delete that entire gap.

Wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low. Skip the bleach and do not iron directly on the print. Do that and a properly cured plastisol print will outlive the collar.

Three things move the price: quantity, ink colors, and which blank you pick. More pieces and fewer colors means less per shirt. Screens are a one-time $30 per color, and we keep them on file so reorders skip that charge.

Yes. We mix plastisol to Pantone (PMS) numbers. Set your ink colors in the editor, and if you have official PMS codes put them in the job notes so we match to those rather than to our best guess.
Screen printing: PNG only. DTF, embroidery, and sublimation: PNG or JPG.
You upload the file directly in the editor and see it land on the garment immediately, so you know it worked before you order.
Because a JPG cannot store a transparent background. It fills transparency with white, and on press that white becomes a printed white box around your design. PNG keeps the background genuinely empty and holds the hard edges each screen needs.

That is what sales@a1aprintshop.com is for. Send whatever you have — vector files, a PDF, a photo of something drawn on paper — and our art department turns it into a print-ready file.
Once it is ready you will have a PNG you can drop straight into the editor and order like anything else. The email route is for artwork only; ordering still happens in the editor.
Nothing, if you build it in the editor — placement, sizing, and color selection are all things you do yourself, and they cost nothing.
Original design work, redrawing a logo from scratch, or vectorizing a low-resolution image is billed as design time. Email sales@a1aprintshop.com and we will quote it before starting, never after.
You build the proof. What you see in the editor — garment, color, print size, placement — is what goes into production, so the usual back-and-forth over a mockup does not happen.
We still review every file before it goes on press and will contact you if something will not reproduce well at the size you set.
