Jerseys, practice tees, and warmups for little league through adult rec — built online so you can see the number placement before opening day, not after.
A team order is not one design printed twelve times — it is one shared design plus twelve unique backs. That is handled with heat-applied vinyl or DTF numbers over a screen printed base, which keeps the team graphic cheap while every player still gets their own number.
Build the team design in the editor so the shared artwork, garment, and placement are locked in and visible. Then put the roster — name, number, size, per player — in the job notes as one list. A spreadsheet is ideal; a legible photo of the sign-up sheet is fine.
Most print shops ask you to email artwork and describe what you want. Then you wait, and hope the thing that shows up matches the thing in your head. We built the editor to delete that entire gap.
No phone calls. No paper forms. No guessing. Start your order and you will have a real price in about two minutes.
Rec and little league teams usually carry a sponsor name across the back. That is a second print location — add it in the editor and watch what it does to the price. It is often what pays for the whole order.
Adding fan shirts for parents to the same order is nearly free in setup terms, because your screens are already burned. Build it as a second job in the same cart.
The editor accepts image files directly. Which formats depend on the method, because the methods need different things from your file.
| Method | Accepted files | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Screen printing | PNG only | Needs a transparent background and hard edges so each ink color separates cleanly onto its own screen. |
| DTF / full color | PNG or JPG | Prints full color, so a flat photographic file works. PNG still preferred if you want a transparent background. |
| Embroidery | PNG or JPG | We convert your image to a stitch file, so either works. Clean, high contrast art stitches best. |
| Sublimation | PNG or JPG | Full color process, same as DTF. |
Rule of thumb: screen printing needs a PNG. A JPG cannot hold a transparent background — it fills it in white — and that white box will print. Everything else takes PNG or JPG.
Priced per piece on top of the base print, since each is individually cut and pressed. The editor prices the shared design; put your roster in the job notes and we confirm the names-and-numbers total before anything runs.
Yes. Set your ink colors in the editor and put official PMS codes in the job notes if your league has them. No codes? Send a photo of last year's jersey and we will match to it.
Build the job in the online editor and the price appears as you go. Change the quantity, ink colors, garment, or print locations and the number updates immediately.
There is no quote form and nothing to wait for. Most people have a real number inside two minutes.
15 pieces per design. Screen printing has fixed setup work — burning screens and registering the press — that happens whether you order 15 shirts or 500.
Need fewer? Switch the method to DTF in the editor. No minimum, full color, and a single shirt is a normal order.
Three things move the price: quantity, ink colors, and which blank you pick. More pieces and fewer colors means less per shirt. Screens are a one-time $30 per color, and we keep them on file so reorders skip that charge.
Rather than quote ranges at you, the editor prices your exact job live.
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days. Rush runs 24–72 hours depending on the size of the run and what is on the press schedule.
Hard deadline — a game, an opening, a shift change? Put it in the job notes when you order and we will confirm in writing before we produce.
Yes. We mix plastisol to Pantone (PMS) numbers. Set your ink colors in the editor, and if you have official PMS codes put them in the job notes so we match to those rather than to our best guess.
Screen printing: PNG only. DTF, embroidery, and sublimation: PNG or JPG.
You upload the file directly in the editor and see it land on the garment immediately, so you know it worked before you order.
Because a JPG cannot store a transparent background. It fills transparency with white, and on press that white becomes a printed white box around your design. PNG keeps the background genuinely empty and holds the hard edges each screen needs.
If all you have is a JPG for a screen print job, send it to sales@a1aprintshop.com and our art department will convert it properly.
That is what sales@a1aprintshop.com is for. Send whatever you have — vector files, a PDF, a photo of something drawn on paper — and our art department turns it into a print-ready file.
Once it is ready you will have a PNG you can drop straight into the editor and order like anything else. The email route is for artwork only; ordering still happens in the editor.
Yes, at no extra charge, and you enter the breakdown yourself in the editor — a grid of sizes by garment color, so you can see exactly what you are ordering.
2XL and up carry a small blank upcharge from the mill, which the editor applies automatically. We box everything sorted by size.
Build your job online and the quote updates in real time. Or call the shop and we will walk you through it.
